The Salon du Chocolat de Lyon (Lyon Chocolate Fair) will take place from 11 to 13 November 2022. The fair will welcome all chocolate lovers and professionals for a gourmet weekend.
More than 80 chocolate local and national exhibitors will present their specialties and their latest creations for the delight of young and old alike. Tastings, recipe demonstrations by Michelin-starred chefs and pastry chefs, as well as chocolate-related events will take place on a dedicated 4,000 m² area.
Every day from 4pm to 5pm, enjoy demonstrations by chocolatiers in the "Choco-demo" area, a parade of chocolate dresses in the heart of the fair, as well as workshops for children. All these will be part of the many entertainments organized during the Salon du Chocolat.
