Jérémy Ramsauer is a chocolate maker with a passion for authentic flavors and innovative textures that will amaze you. This artisan chocolatier lets his imagination run wild to introduce you to the best cocoa beans combined with infusions and spices from all over the world: Tasmanian pepper or Tahitian vanilla, for example.
The Chocolate Laboratory
The laboratory is located at the back of his shop in Sierre but it remains visible to the public. It’s a mesmerizing and appetizing spectacle to watch. Machines stir the melted chocolate which is then turned into truffles, pralines, chips or bars.
The preparation is done on the premises, which allows visitors to receive information in real time and to guarantee the freshness of the products.
