The Ducret Chocolate Factory is one of those stores that have been able to combine the love of chocolate with a prestigious know-how inherited from one of the great names in Swiss chocolate. Indeed it is at the age of fifteen that Mr. Ducret learnt the trade of chocolate maker and then took over the business from his teacher in 1999. This is how the Patisserie Ducret was born, which is also a chocolate factory, a caterer and a confectionery.
From then on, Frédéric has never stopped perfecting his art by creating new recipes and working on the textures and flavors of his chocolates.
