- The praline is made the old-fashioned way with the following ingredients: Cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar, almonds, hazelnuts, milk, soy lecithin (GMO-free).
- Ganaches are made with the following ingredients: Cocoa, cocoa butter, dairy butter, milk, honey, sugar, glucose, flavourings, natural vanilla, spices, essential flower and fruit oils, (alcohol and cream for some), soy lecithin (GMO-free).
Dark chocolate cover is 70% cocoa minimum, milk chocolate cover is 35.5% cocoa minimum.
