Ducobu
Marc Ducobu has been running his self-named company since 2003 and is a pastry enthusiast above all. After extensive studies in this field, he began his career as a pastry chef at the Nile Hilton Hotel in Egypt. At the head of four restaurants, his mission was to create a pastry shop and open a chocolate factory.
