Marc Ducobu has been running his self-named company since 2003 and is a pastry enthusiast above all. After extensive studies in this field, he began his career as a pastry chef at the Nile Hilton Hotel in Egypt. At the head of four restaurants, his mission was to create a pastry shop and open a chocolate factory.
In 1997, he returned to Belgium to pursue an already busy career in various establishments. In 2003, Marc Ducobu opened his own company in Waterloo and marketed it as a pastry, chocolate and ice-cream shop.
This celebrated craftsman has won many competitions and has received many prestigious awards such as the 1st prize of the Prosper Montagner in 2001 and the title of Ambassador of Belgian Chocolate for life.
